Certified True Copy
A notary public certifies that a photocopy is a true copy of your original document.

Document Attestation
Notarial attestation confirming the authenticity of a document or signature on it.

Power of Attorney
Preparation and notarisation of a power of attorney, then registration where required.

Each price is split into our own fee and the official fees charged by the notary, the registry or the Ministry. Official fees are passed on to you at cost, with the receipt attached to your request. We confirm the exact figures for your document before any work begins.

Handing your documents to someone else is the part that makes people nervous, and it should. So every file that enters BondSeal is fingerprinted the moment it arrives, and nothing we hold is ever overwritten — a correction is a new version, and the old one stays.
When your documents come back from the notary, we check the returned file against the one you sent before anyone tells you it is ready. If the page count changed, or anything else looks wrong, it stops on a person’s desk rather than going out.
